Breakfast was OK. Crowded at that time I went down, so I was brief and didn't eat much. It met my needs. Impressed with how quiet my room was.

The place was kept neat and tidy. The room is a good size and was extremely clean - this is one place I will feel comfortable taking a soak in the bathtub - it's that clean! Beds were comfortable and clean - my dad and I both felt refreshed after our stay. Breakfast was adequate with a good variety. There's self-serve waffles of 2 flavors - original and chocolate, hot scrambled eggs and sausages, different types of baked goods, cereals and cold items like yogurt to name a few. Truly value-for-money.

Quiet location in serene surrounding. Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Coffee, juice and water all day. Cleanliness was excellent. Toiletries provided everyday. Small fridge and microwave in the room. friendly staff

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet provided both hot and cold selection. Staff were wonderful and checked if everyone was satisfied before closing buffet, showed a very caring and personal touch. Staff were very accommodating with special request for stay also.

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff welcoming. Rooms comfortable and clean. Best of all for us was the availability of 24 hour tea/coffee in reception. Breakfast was good but little variety (to be expected as not usually a long stay venue)

Location is convenient, car is the only mode of moving around, nowhere to go for a walk without driving somewhere. Breakfast could be a little tastier (scrambled eggs, coffee), but rooms have fridge and a microwave, so not a problem to have something to own taste. Our room facing backyard was quiet, we had a good sleep. Everything was in good working order and condition. Will stay again soon.

proximity to Guilford green, beaches, restaurants yet didn’t have the crowds. I was still able to ride to all venues
